Every new store receives 10 free credits upon installing. Generating or re-generating an official Rule 46 Tax Invoice for a retail order costs 1 credit. Creating a full B2B wholesale order (with customer profile, separate delivery address, and invoice) costs 10 credits. Once generated, viewing, printing, and exporting existing invoices to Excel is 100% free with zero credit deductions. Purchased credits never expire.
Yes! The app is pre-loaded with the 56th GST Council rationalized 4-tier GST slabs: 0% (Nil/Exempt), 5% (Essentials & Food), 18% (Standard Goods & Services), and 40% (Demerit/Luxury). You can easily override HSN codes and GST rates for specific products at any time in the 'Products & HSN' tab.
Under Rule 46 of the CGST Rules, tax splits depend on the Place of Supply. When your store's registered state matches the customer's delivery state, the tax is automatically split 50/50 into CGST and SGST (Intra-State). When goods are delivered to a different state, the entire tax is levied as IGST (Inter-State).
Our Excel export breaks down every individual variant and product line item into its own row with HSN Code, Taxable Value, CGST, SGST, IGST, and Place of Supply. If an order has shipping fees, a dedicated shipping service row (HSN 9968) is included. You or your CA can copy-paste these columns directly into the government GSTR-1 offline tool or accounting software like Tally, Zoho, or Busy.
Navigate to the 'GST & Store Settings' tab in your app dashboard. You can enter direct image URLs for your company logo and digital signature, along with your bank account details and UPI ID for automated payment QR codes.
Yes! Use the 'B2B Wholesale' tab. You can add wholesale corporate clients, upload bulk orders via CSV/Excel or use the visual Style Matrix, and generate Rule 46 Tax Invoices directly without polluting your retail store analytics or hitting Shopify draft order permissions.
